The Refuge of Hope is a division of ACPM.  It’s purpose is to minister to men leaving prison with no place to live or parole out to.  It is an in house program lasting  nine month.  The focus of the ministry is on discipleship, education and training. 

  

 

The dormitory provides housing for 19 men at a time.  The dorm contains a living area and kitchen. The dorm maintains itself with the men sharing all the house maintenance duties.

 

 

 

 

Our ten year plan includes five dorms, a multipurpose building which will include a chapel, administrative offices Counseling rooms,classrooms, education office and library, infirmary and barber shop.A visitation/recreational Building
